Ashley Bishop, RAD RTS is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and a graduate of the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies program. For five years, she served as a lead teacher at Rachel’s Ballet in the Bay Area, California, where she prepared students for RAD examinations from Pre-Ballet through Advanced Vocational Levels. She has also coached dancers for prestigious competitions, including the Youth America Grand Prix and the RAD Dance Challenge.
Ashley’s professional career spans performance and choreography across North America and beyond. She has danced with the Source Dance Company in Vancouver, BC, worked as a choreographer for the Wyndham Cozumel Resort & Spa in Mexico, and was a featured performer and dance captain with Carnival Cruise Lines. Her training includes extensive study at Broadway Dance Center in New York City and Harbour Dance Centre in Vancouver, BC.
Versatile and passionate, Ashley is experienced in a wide range of dance genres, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, modern, musical theatre, contemporary, and Latin rhythms.
